I want to know his name, because I want to call his boss and tell him what a worthless, lying crook his salesman is. There are only two reasons someone would recommend a hypertec- they are a half-witted retarded moron with a thumb stuck in their butt, or they are a dirty thief salesman who makes a bigger commision off of a hypertec.

I feel the same way. I have hypertech in our 99 ram 360 and it stinks. Have to constantly reload it to the PCM for it to work. I bought a used SC and plan to take the Hyperjunk off and us SC.

Folks,

I just want to clarify a few things in regards to support and the 3815.

Fixes to the calibrations, firmware, add vehicle files, technical support, etc. will continue via the Superchips Easy Update program and customer service.

Thanks,

Sil

Agreed. SC is not abandoning the 3815 platform. They're simply adding a new product line.

Not just yet. Getting there though.

They test and re-test in house before they release betas. The betas they release are pretty solid.
