after all is said and done the stolen one is going back to superchips to be dealt with there and im going to be getting a new 3865. so beware dont buy a stolen one it causes lots of trouble and anger....and im still dealing with paypal and the douchebag i bought it from ....hes gonna be mad when i get my money back and he dont get the cortex back....so just to point another thing out superchips rocks they have excellent customer service im glad i dealt with great people...thank you superchips for the help.....

i just as soon keep the police out of it ill let the guys at s/c do what they need to do....its already in there hands ... well on the way to them...so i don't even have the tuner anymore....but i am waiting on my new tuner to arrive when they send it or if they already sent it...and i'm trying to work out my claims with paypal which i can foresee getting dirty if this guy don't play ball. he's the one that will make it dirty i'm just rolling with the punches....

i talked to brian at s/c about an hr ago and everything is good my 3865 will be here tomorrow or monday...and the cortex is being redone and shipped to the original owner who was super stoked to hear they recovered his programmer now he's only out the money to reflash his pcm and the rest of the stuff they stole....and brian said he'll forward douchbags info to him so he can prosecute if he wishes.....yeah justice serves the douche right....worked out for the guy he stole it from and me....10 thumbs up for s/c.....

The best part is the original owner gets his tuner back AND he gets to take revenge on the perp!Great to hear...WTG SC!

It is not supposed to as far as I know. It idles the truck up for if you are running a PTO or something like that that.
