Now you want to talk about cheap livin' in style. My last house in GA., outside Vidalia. 2400 sq. ft., huge greatroom, 32x18 shed w/ air, pot belly stove & running water (in a shed!!!). 2.5 acres.
Bought in 1996 for $82,000. Bad part is when I sold it in '04 I asked $119k and could only get $102k and that was after it was on the market 13 months.
Man, I loved that house, I only left it because my ex was born & raised in Chicago and for eleven years couldn't stand living in the country. Sold the house, sold my business & ended up divorced within a year of moving anyway...[:@]
