now I'm definatly painting mine like that! I'm thinkin if theres a way to take the plastic cover off and paint it, then put it back on... if you can take it off... and I'm gonna go satin black probly
The more I think about it, I'd like to get an old set of the Daisies to paint. I just don't want to ruin mine.
Jonny, I don't think that the plastic cover will come off, I think it's bonded on too well. At least to come off in one piece.
Talon, I really love how your truck looks. Seeing that bull bar, if I ever get mine in, I'm taking off that black valence.
Rammin, the more I see it, the more I like your gas door.
I wish I had a spare set of rims to put on my truck while I paint them... I cant even switch out my spare and do one at a time..... damn 35's..... I'll probly just have to drive one of the daks while I paint my rims this summer...

How about putting it on jack stand, painting the wheels and then reinstalling them the next day? It isn't that long of a process to prep and paint them.

That's what I'm going to end up doing. It's going to be a long, hard day, cuz i'll want to do other stuff at the same time (paint calipers, maybe do brakes).
What tpye of paint will you be using to do it? I really want to get mine powder coated after seeing those pics, probably cheaper than buying a new set of rims... Althought a a new set that has a little less weight to them sounds good too....
