Leveling Kit...INSTALLED!

you should do a DIY on installing it if there isnt already one
btw, anyone have suggestions for bigger meatier tires for 22's?
Man, I would upgrade to 22's but I just spend a lot on new tires...if I was to do 22's it would be SRT-10 ones for sure. Idk man about meatier tires for 22's, I love my Nitto terra grapplers, get some mudgrapplers, haha
Yea, I'm actually just about as tall, maybe a little taller than you. Something I've always said, and I believe that Nitto has it, or had it on his truck as a sticker. Lift the truck, fat chicks can't jump. lol
lmao, ya I've seen that one and it never gets old lol.
And that reminds me about the sig that you made me. Sorry I haven't gotten you a picture of my truck with the bull bar, it's been too ugly out to wash the truck, and it's rather dirty right now, I still haven't forgotten the one you made for me, and I may just have to use it until it gets a little nicer out.

Freakinkeith, I can swear I read somewhere that you have the pro comp es3000s for the front shocks, is that right? You don't happen to know the part # for them do you?? I am ordering them from 4wheelonline and they can't seem to find documentation that these will fit an 07 2wd. So, they are requesting I provide a part number if I can. If you still know that info, can you tell me what that is?? Much appreciated!!
hey man..
quick question..
how did you do this!?!?!? lolll.. i spent like 4 hours on one side after giving up.. it was a few months ago.. but from what i remember.. i could not fit the coil with the spacer back into place.. i tried putting the bottom in place and then prying the coil from the top, and i also tried putting the top in place and prying the coil into place at the bottom.. DID NOT WORK..
i couldnt get that thing into place for the life of me... and we followed directions.. andd i put a leveling kit on my f150 back in the day and it was a breeze..
any help is appreciated.. im about to just take it to the shop that quoted me 200 for install including alignment.

^Did you use a spring compressor? If not, rent one from a local autoparts store (usually its free with a deposit) and give that a whirl...You may find it very easy.
And lifetime alignment is a great investment...everytime I do a mod that requires an alignment, I am happy not to have to pay a dime to have it done.

you it said to use one, and somebody who has done a ton of them told me i didnt need one .. (i cant remember what forum he is on.. but has the black 1500 lifted like 7 inches..) anyways..
what kind of compressor do i need? or does it not matter? i have used one on my mustang when i put lowering springs on it.. it was the kind that is two separate pieces, and went on the out sides, and just crank them down to compress it..
would that work?
thanks for the help by the way, i really appreciate it.. id rather save the 200 and put it towards some 305/55/20's if you know what i mean

Haha when we were leveling mine out it was on a holiday weekend, no shops open. We ended up using ratchet straps to compress the springs! If I pull up to another stock 2wd with the 33's I have about 3 inches on it (you can really tell by the mirrors) and I have about an inch on a stock 4x4 with the 33's. I put a 1 1/2 block on the back also, so I still have the raked look just a little taller.
A spring compressor from autozone or another store would really be a big help. Someone had a DIY earlier in the year, pic by pic with photoshopped arrows. It would help alot honestly. I got some Bilstein shocks for the 2500, +2"...Has anyone tried those Bilstein 5100 Ride Height shocks that correct the rake of a factory truck supposedly?
They are $75 a piece but buy 3 get the 4th free
