Installed my EFX Roll Pan (PICS)
Well about two weeks ago i ordered a EFX steel roll pan and truck master designs front bumper (Bumper on RaiderJays truck). I put the roll pan on last week and it wasn't as easy as they made it out to be. The big hassle was lifting the bed off the frame in order to remove my factory bumper/tow package. After that it wasn't too difficult. Just lined it up and drilled 6 holes in the top and two on the sides. Since i didn't order the EFX light, I custom made my own out of .035 stainless steel which i then tig welded together. It also has a piece of Plexiglas so the box is water tight but light can shine down. It houses both of my factory lights and works great.
The roll pan will be painted red along with my new front bumper, grill shell, and eye lids in a few weeks. I still need to put a few more bolts in (looks uneven but it's not)

I took the factory tow package completely off. EFX makes a hidden hitch. In the pics there's a square cut out behind the license plate. You can get a plate the flips up then you slide your ball hitch in. I could weld one up but I'm not worried about it. I'm also 95% sure i'd have to loose my spare tire to do it as well.
And with all the extra weight gone, it's starting to move like one too It will really come together once the front bumper and eye lids go on. I also got the same 20" wheels as you custom powder coated flat black with red lips.

You cant use the factory set up with that particular roll pan? I think I would go for a roll pan if I could keep my tow package, without having to relocate anything.

No you can't. The factory set up sticks out past the back end under the factory bumper. I couldn't even get the roll pan close enough to get a rough idea of what it would look like with the factory hitch on.
