Sorry to bring up an old thread but does anyone know if he is still in business? i tried to order a truxport tonneau cover using 2 different CC's and it wouldnt work then i called and left a message and havent heard back from him.
anyone know anything?

 

Who the hell knows with Bob anymore? The place has gone through this twice before, he disappeared, nobody got product, couldn't get him on the phone - nuthin'!!!

Then he comes back, apologizes and says he's had personal issues and he'll be there with more staff from now on. Then BAM! same sh*t all over again!

It's really a shame because he used to be one of the very few places that had killer prices AND service...

I got my TruXedo on ebay for a good price.

 

Anybody know if he's away, on holidays etc. as I ordered cams for the truck a week and a half ago and I haven't heard from him. I sent a few emails, phone calls all with no luck yet.
Hmm, looks like I am not the only one looking for him.

 

Check out 3rdstrikeperformance instead. I tried ordering one other part from moes last year and waited over a month before I ended up cancelling and going through someone else. Duane is really on top of things.

 

Yeah it looks like Bob is going through some troubles. Doing a Divorce and he put up his Challenger for sale.

My mom has stage 4 head and neck cancer and is not going to make it. I spend a lot of time with her right now.

I'd really like to see him make it! He used to be awesome! Had a buddy order an e-fan, member here actually, he broke the temp probe inserting it. Emailed Bob about buying a new one. Bob actually Fed-Ex'd him a new one at no cost, even though the guy made it clear HE broke it installing it.
His service used to be that good and the prices you couldn't touch unless you just happened to find it on ebay.

AirRam has (or at least had, been prolly three years since I've bought anything from him) prices pretty close to Moe's and he's another one that will bend over backwards to make things right...
