you can get a genuine Mopar kit of off ebay....i got mine including the new switch for inside for about 100 bucks....i think ...there is a guy on there in the midwest that works for a dealership and they sell them....just make sure you have the factory plug on the drivers side right above the cutout for the fogs....

Hey silver Where did you mount your ballest. If possible, post picture.

I put a ballast on the fuse box on driver side. But i put the other one on the afe sheild and i will put somewhere away from the filter sucking warm air from ballast.

Hidextra didnt send the capicitor (spelling) and i end up having wasted time installing and figuring out. I am waiting for this stuff to come on my door.... So i can install it to get it working...

Did you fix your lamp out thing?

 

yes i got my new capacitors yesterday and they worked. no more lamp out!! do u want a pic of where i mounted the ballast for the headlights and the fogs?

 

now that I see how good they look, I think I want to get some HIDs for my Dodge

 

Are they really using caps or are they using resistors? Any pics?

 

this was the old wire.

 

that looks different from what they sent me... I'll take a look when I get home, but I remember mine being one bigger cap. Might be why yours and mine are behaving differently.
