getting 18 ish with mainly hwy 14.5 if mainly city

 

04 1500 4x4... K&N cai around 12 miles in city and about 15 highway

 

5.7 16.5 combined 19 Hwy, 13 city

 

06 1500 QC 4X4 5.7 everything still stock 14.5. Haven't really stretched it out for a hwy trip yet.

2006 Dodge Ram 1500 QC SLT 2WD 5.7L HEMI w/ an Airaid CAI. I just got my truck a few days ago but I'm averaging about 14-15 city, and about 20-21 highway.

Yours would probably do better without that HAI (Hot Air Intake) that you have on your TB.
Ge a remote mounted filter like stock and get the incoming air from the front of the truck, not behind the hot air coming from the radiator

 

Don't waste your money on all those upgrades My truck is stock 2004 2500 quadecab 4x4 104k miles 12 city 18 hwy. mobil 1 oil. I drive the speed limit no hurry.

 

most of the bolt on add hp/tq and sometimes can gain some mpgs every now and then. most peopel arent happy with stock and want more. my superchips 3815 helped my MPGs the most. unline you i like to drive my truck harder and i still get 14-16 average. without the programmer driving hard i would only get 12-13. i dont buy any parts/mods to primarialy gain mpgs though. i just want more power out of it.
