If you sit at stop lights like i do, that will mess up the mileage.

you should be in neutral at stop lights. check out ecomodder . com for other ideas on fuel savings.

Dual ex 2.5 x 2 pipes and two mufflers, no y pipe, two tail pipes over the axle and out the left side..

I found a increse in mpg and with the 6sp man, No decrease in low end power, but bad luck keeping keeping mufflers..dynomax, generic walkers, and Mangnaflow burnt out to fast, but sounded ultra nice.

I have 2 ultra flows on now, and thier holding up. but they sound week!

City MPG is not worth mentioning, I get abought 9 mpg or less with non NASCAR driving, but in 6th gear on the highway, I have a insane power for a hemi 3/4 ton, I just don't want to pay for it 3/4 of the time..

That must be 95% highway 5% city.

I filled up, and I only did city on this tank of 89, and I got 9 MPG.

Highway I get 21MPG, but I gotta make sure my tires are at 37ish PSI, and hold the speed on cruise at no more than 60 MPH. 65 MPH got me 16 MPG, because MDS was kicking all 8 cylinders on more often.

Tire pressure is critical in the MDS Hemis. Low pressure will cause all 8 cylinders to kick on more often because of the extra rolling resistance on the highway.

Volo FS3 is not helping mpg.....at least not yet. Actually losing about 1mpg. Still testing a couple of more tanks worth.

Anybody know if the Diablo Sport or the SuperChips helps mpg the most on an 05 Hemi?

If you're looking for a magic bullet for gas mileage for the hemis, your best bet is to keep it stock, keep it tuned well and keep the right pressure in the tires, and then drive it like granny owned it. My Diablosport does nothing that I can see for JUST mileage alone, but for performance a good tuner is a must, and will really wake up the hemi engines. You are probably losing MPG's from playing with whatever chip you put in it.

i saw improvement with mileage on my truck with superchips performance tune but i had had to remind myself not to play as much.
now with my supercharger and diablosport tuned i get 15 in 5th gear at all, 16-17 in 4th gear, and about 14 city driving. this is most recent round trip, 200 miles straight hwy and 150ish city. hitting the 10 in/HG mark on the boost gauge is what kills me in any gear but in this case the entire time i was in 5th.
