Ha, we have you beat here in Wisconsin. Right now we are about $2.35 a gallon and about a month ago we were close to $2.50!

 

04 1500 with the Hemi and a CAI, and i get 14-14.5 city and 17-17.5 hwy@65mpg

 

05 daytona get'n 15.9 with just over 1000 miles on it.

 

04 Hemi, K/N intake Magnaflow Catback.... 13.4 everytime I fill up... Does anyone else reset theirs everytime they fill up too? I do to look for sudden drops in mpg's, tips you off early to probs...

 

Just drove home to Little Rock from PA the other day. I was at 16.4 when I arrived back home. The trip is right around 1200 miles on the highway. Had the cruise set on about 74 mph the second half, nd abour 68 mph down through PA, MD, WV, and VA to Tennessee, where they actually have realistic speed limits. Only thing that might influence the gas mileage is an Exstang Black Max bed cover.

I love this truck. I was surprised at my mileage, I was expecting much worse. I honestly wasn't getting much worse mileage for the money than I was in my VR6 Jetta on the way up!

 

you guys should keep in mind that the heat play into this...... if its belox 80 i get somewhere bewteen 17-20 mpg. on the other hand the hotter it gets the less i get....

 

First tank of gas and the puter tells me im getting 12.7 thats a mix of city and highway driving bout 50/50 never going over 70 mph looking for atleast 14.5 although my dakota never got much more then 16 with a v6 so not to bad.

 

05 quad cab 4x4, hemi. 15.8-16.2 mpg. Mix of hwy and city.

 

Even thought the overhead ECO is prolly BS I've seen it hit 21.7mpg a couple of times.

 

Right now i'm at 12.1 city. 05 quad cab 2wd 4.7 w/3500 miles. When I first got it w/6 miles it was at 10 it has gradually gone up, and still going up a bit
