I am a US Marine, my wife is an assistant GM at a hotel and I do some part time painting at her hotel. We make enough to get by and play a little. I normally just buy what I want and ask/beg for forgiveness later.

 

I deliver the beer. people tell me that they'd love to have my job, but then i tell them how much work it is and they change their minds. ive had a bunch of different jobs over the years, but this is probably one of the best. im only 24, so i can do it for a few more years. i have driven a truck OTR, i have been in land surveying, civil drafting and design, ive worked on airplanes in the engineering dept. doing mech/elec drafting and design for the military and ive even done landscaping. i wanted to get into the delivery business and was on a motorcycle ride and met the owner of my company and have my interview in a bar. i just got my own route so the money is better, but its 3x the work load.

I work part time at a Lexus dealer in Houston and sell some stuff on e-bay, have 10k saved up and my truck has been paid off for 6 months now. Oh and i'm only 17

I work like hell for 6 weeks out of the year farming and work as the county undersheriff the rest of the time.
