Honestly not a ton of work. He didn't do any of it. If I remember correctly. A suspension lift, wheels and tires. Gears, and then his buddy made the grill for him.

I think its just sheet metal cut out with Rivets. And then a larger sheet of mesh ordered from an online vendor. I can't see it being too terribly hard.
