I have a little over 175,000 miles on mine. I don't know what that is in kilometers. The Hemi has been great, just fresh synthetic oil every 5 thousand and new plugs every thirty thousand. The truck is used to haul concrete forms around and is off-road almost every day. I also plow 22 driveways and two parking lots. Plowing kills a set of unit bearing hubs per year and the old girl is getting beat, but I'm keeping it until the economy comes back. Maybe forever now that I can no longer buy a new Hemi with a manual transmission. WTF is Dodge thinking with that move?

I have 115 on my SLT And just 2 weeks ago i had the rear seal done right ball joint, left bearing, rack and pinion with new pump, and an altinatore with serpiten belt. Dodge is know for bad front ends. But the hemi engine is great all kinds of power and i have no mods done.

65,000 miles on my 2006 Hemi. Runs great. No major repairs. I'm glad to see some people's trucks lasting upwards of 200,000 miles.. Even with Dodge being known to have bad transmissions.

Am about 200 miles shy of 45,000 miles on my '04. No problems with the truck yet at all. I've even been riding around for about 8k miles with an EGR valve inside waiting for that CEL to go off, but it ain't yet.

'Tis a shame they don't offer the Hemi with a manual transmission anymore, because even though I've had NO problems from my auto transmission (YET), I've always said that Dodge trucks have the best engines on the planet and the worst trannies...
