Awesome offer OE. I am not in need of one, but I suppose if I needed it I could always drive the 10 minuted to Olathe and meet up with you (and maybe go shoot that 1911 )

Yep, harder material like the eraser wheel and rpms will cause things to get hot very fast which is why it will break apart in tiny pieces and also can def burn through the clearcoat. Something most guys have no concept of when using a buffer. Fine buffing pads will do the same. i never run my buffer over 1800rpms for fine buffing and never over 2600rpms when doing a heavy cut on a vehicle with major oxidization and swirls. My buffer will run up to 3600rpms i believe but that is waaay to much for any type of work on paint. Air tools wind up so fast, they are hard to control and monitor their speed. it's all by ear.

OE, I'll have to check in my buffing pad box to see if I have a striping pad to do my emblems. I have like 20 freakin pads but I don't think my pinstripe wheel has anything left to it, so if there is nothing left to it then i would like to be added to that list as i won't need to use it but once.

So, when is the wheel getting shipped out and what is the time constraint guys need to obide by?? This will only work if One guy has it no more than a few days or else it will take months to go around! i only need it for a few hours and can have it back out in the mail the following day.

Well I'll tell you one reason mine gets used a couple times a year is that when the tall Georgia Pines are dropping big gobs of sap the wheel is a savior. If you can catch 'em while they are still wet, alcohol or Goo Gone will take it off, but once it dries you can forget it.
The wheel takes dry hardened sap off as easy as it does the glue from behind badging.

If you ever had to fight pine sap, that is reason alone to get one online for the lousy 11 or 12 bucks and keep it in the garage...

Okay,

I am going to ship this out to shiloh thursday. He will receive it friday. And he will have until next friday to use and ship it to AF.

Then one week for AF, Then ship to dirty, one week for him, then ship to got hemi for one week. Then back to me.

If you get done with it sooner than your allotted week time then by all means ship that thing early to the next guy. PM the person ahead of you your address so they can have it. And if anyone else needs to get in on the rotation then post it up.
