Ya, Im sure they will. Even with very minor modification. My inlaw took a set from a 98 ram and put them on his 02. He just had to modify the brackets a bit was all.
03 thru 08 all have the same basic body style. so the frame should be the same. if i had to guess, i would say they should fit just fine, without modification.
