It seems to be hit or miss with HID Extra, I haven't had problems, although I only have their brand of HID's in my fog lights, not headlights.

When you ordered them, did you specify on the order form that you have a dodge ram so they can send you the resistors? Also I didnt think the bi-xeons worked on our year trucks, just the 9007 hi/lows. I've got H1s in my projectors so not sure about the stock lights.

Oooooh, I better call them and ask about the bi-xenon's. Yeah I specified my make model and year. Lemme give them a call and see. I read a couple posts from them and they seem to have great customer service, so if I do have some problems, Im sure they'll help me out. I thought that their kit didn't need resistors? That's what one of their posts said, they modfied the ballasts or wiring to work? May have misread though.

WOW! Im immidiately impressed! Just called and the lady that answered read the caller ID, so she already knew my name and had my order up. Before I could even say anything, she recognized that the bi-xenon wont work with ram's and had already sent me an email. She downgraded my order the the Hi/lows, refunded me 30 bucks, and gave me a discount for being a member of the forum! F'in Awesome! Now Im really stoked!

haha nice man. Yeah they come with plug and play resistors that go between the ballast and the light when you specify the truck. It will be self explanatory once they get to you, but its all plug and play so no hardwiring involved.
