Ok guy now Im having problems. Me and my buddy have bled these brakes over 15 times each brake and the pedal still goes to the floor. Called everyone and tried every idea. Only painted the front ones cause I ran out of time. When I removed the front calipers I let the brake lines just drip. But it didn't look like the brake reservoir went dry. I emptied out the calipers of fluid and didn't fill them back up before putting them back on. Would that help? Were bleeding them correctly, but there's no change in the pedal. Tried with the truck off, pumped them 3 times held the 4th, multiple times on each brake. They'll start to feel better, but then as soon as I start the truck. The pedal will go to the floor. WTF? Im stumped...

Patient like an Old Bull. Keep bleeding till no more bubbles and clear fluid, starting at right rear, then left rear, it takes alot of fluid, I think I used 3 small containers and then one large honkin one to bleed all of mine when I wanted to flush out the old stuff last time. Are you using clear tygone tubing on your set-up.

Now when you get around to painting the rears, just put a bag on your brake line with an elastic, you'll get some drip out but if you don't let the resevoir get too low then you will not have to bleed the fronts when your done, although I would anyway just for good measure.

Ok, now I know for sure that when it comes time to do mine, I'll be brushing them while they are still on! LOL

Ok guys figured it out. When I put my calipers back on, I put them on the wrong wheels. There perfectly symetrical, except for the bleed screw. I had on so the bleed screw was on the bottom of the caliper... there was no way for the air to escape. So I swaped them the two fronts with each other so the screws were on top, and Viola! After 2 mins of bleeding they are PERFECT! Thanks all!

Here's some shots.

Notice the bleed screws on the bottom : WRONG!

Here's the finished product... bad light but they are there.
