We always had a Jeep GC for my ex's daily driver. Three of them, a '95, '98 and '02. I believe she also bought a new '06 right after we got divorced. I missed the GC more than the ex wife so I bought one to use as my daily driver!
Got an uncle in upstate NY though who is the same way about the Trailblazers. He leases a new 4WD one every 3 years.
Bought my mom a 2010 Journey, rocket. Very nice crossover IMO. But I'd get it stuck first time I went camping.

My wife is on her 2nd GC, '01 & now an '06. I love'em. Just never gonna get another one w/ a 6cyl. They ruined it when they replaced the 4.0 inline 6 w/ this POS 3.7. I swear the 4.0 had more torque than my old 5.9. As for the 3.7, absolutely no power, don't even think about A/C driving through PA or NY. Damn thing will barely climb hills as it is.
Current GC is an Overland, got the 4.7 HO in it. Kinda impressed with the HO version of the 4.7 as well...
