We got the journey, truth be told it has more bells and whistles and better seats than the jeeps. We kinda tried them all. crossovers that is. Our chevy dealer in town, had no idea we were serious, A$$hole took us right out of a sale.lol.

We always had a Jeep GC for my ex's daily driver. Three of them, a '95, '98 and '02. I believe she also bought a new '06 right after we got divorced. I missed the GC more than the ex wife so I bought one to use as my daily driver!

Got an uncle in upstate NY though who is the same way about the Trailblazers. He leases a new 4WD one every 3 years.

Bought my mom a 2010 Journey, rocket. Very nice crossover IMO. But I'd get it stuck first time I went camping.

My wife is on her 2nd GC, '01 & now an '06. I love'em. Just never gonna get another one w/ a 6cyl. They ruined it when they replaced the 4.0 inline 6 w/ this POS 3.7. I swear the 4.0 had more torque than my old 5.9. As for the 3.7, absolutely no power, don't even think about A/C driving through PA or NY. Damn thing will barely climb hills as it is.

All three of the ex's were 4.0 I6s. I've had five vehicles with that engine. Those three GCs and two Wranglers. Great workhorse of an engine and super easy to work on. Yeah, sad to see the 3.7 take it's place.

Current GC is an Overland, got the 4.7 HO in it. Kinda impressed with the HO version of the 4.7 as well...

Our next one will definitely have at a minimum the 4.7, if not the 6.1.
