Default Need opinions, is this the most ghetto thing ever?

Well, on Advance Auto Parts, I got an AEM dryflow filter, and it was only $35! I went to home depot and got PVC, but I might leave it as is. I dont want to take the HEMI box out, its not that restrictive, and I like the way it looks.

Toilet plumbing in an engine bay is pretty ghetto

Not if you cut the joints off and hot air weld them, bondo, sand and paint.

Me and a guy at work just went in halves on a hot air welder and are in the process of. Unfortunately I am also in the middle of a few other projects including my front grill and custom center console

I can't ever fault someone for making a mod themselves. I've made quite a few from CAIs to light bars to sill plates, winch mounts, winch covers, etc.
But the thing I always strive for is to make them NOT look like they are home made. That kinda looks "home made".

But hell, if it works...

yeah that doesnt look very good lol sorry. probably doesnt work that great either. you didnt lose the hemi hat which is the main problem in the first place.

I think thats looks okay, and Im sure its less restrictive, but the stock box probably delivered colder air.

How does it sound compared to stock?
