so i couldn't get to sleep tonight, decided to start my cup holder light mod got the lights wired together, i'll have some more picture tomorrow

Looks good but also looks like you are putting too much work into it.

Im going to start this mod in the next few days..last night i spilled a milkshake cause i couldnt find the cupholders

 

should have bought the leds that already have housings just drill and wire em up its really easy

 

i used leds i already had so this mod was free lol
the leds already had resistors in them, all i did was solder the wires to them, pretty easy for me
question, i still couldn't get 12v at that gray plug even with the lights is there a fuse somewhere? all the fuses in my fuse box are good
anyone have a wiring diagram for that?

anyways i wired them to the illumination/dimmer wire that goes to my head unit so they only come on when the light switch is on

i only taped them in because i don't like to drill anywhere lol

I need to do my door handles with lights. Noone can ever find them in my truck lol

 

I want courtesy lights under my mirror like the gmcs have i think. the ones that turn on when you open the door

me too people are always searching
i just don't know were to tie those in since they usually need to be on when the truck is off. need some sort of time delay
