Thrush mufflers sound really nice but actually have a flow rate worse than even the Flowmasters. They are cheap but seem to rust out pretty quick, especially in northern states.
I took that vid with my phone, IMO it doesn't do the exhaust justice. I really need to get myself a decent cam...

Thanks for all the tips. After looking at the stock system it seems that it can be improved by dropping the "Y" junction where they crush the two pipes and stuff them into the muffler.
I try not to let my "little" projects get out of hand, but when you have a garage full of tools things have a habit of getting to be "Bigger" than planned.
I can see a X pipe coming in to 2 mufflers where the stock muffler is now and coming out the back behind the rear wheels.
