new with some questions

Default new with some questions

Hello, I just recently bought a 2008 dodge ram 4x2 with a hemi and want to do some mods .

I plan on getting the diablosport predator so i can have more power and turn off my mds, but if it turn off my mds do i have to do other things so it wont mess up something?

I plan on getting a 2.5 inch leveling kit with 35 inch nitto trail grapplers on a 20x10 inch rockstar. but im not 100 percent sure if that will work? also i think ill need longer shocks or so if heard any suggestions on which ones?...bilsteins 5100s? and with the 35 inch tires i dont want my rear end to look smothered if that makes since would i need to get 1 inch blocks in the back?

And the last question anyone know where i can find a glossy black replacement grill almost jst like the stock one cant find one anywhere

1. They dont make 2.5 Spacers for a 2wd Ram. The biggest is a 2". And with that, you can't fit a 35" tire. If you want 35" tires you need to get a 3" Body Lift.

Yeah turning off mds wont harm anything. It just keeps the cylinders from shutting down and will run like a normal engine.

it basically already has 33s though...anyone have any pictures of a 3inch body lift...i thought bodylifts didnt look good

if you want to level the front get your self some bilsteins leveling struts way better than spacers.
35's will look squished with just a level
the 3" body lift looks good on the rams just make sure you get one with bumper relocation brackets
i am basing this off what i have read on the form since i have a 05 4x4 i can't tell ya for sure if the 35's will fit

ok thx im thinking about just changing my whole plan...i think a 3inch body lift would be to expensive with installation...ill just treat my truck like a 4x2 and murder it out

Just wanna clarify this a bit more. They do make 2.5" coil spacers for 2wd's. I have some one mine. However, getting to fit on a 08 might be getting into some clearance issues with the UCA's.
