ok so i got a trail-master 6" lift kit for my 08 1500 qcsb 4x4 ram well while going through the parts list i noticed they sent me the wrong shock on one of them, called them up and they sent me the correct one. no biggie right? mistakes happen.

... well my truck is at the shop now getting the lift installed and the guy told me that the rear shocks didnt come with the sleeve that goes in the bushing for the rear shocks. wtf over? so i had to call trail-master to have them send me out the sleeves. granted ill just have to baby the thing till i get the sleeves in but wtf are they doing over there at trail-master?????

 

that sucks. I'm sure it will be well worth the wait though.

 

ya it seems company's are losing a lot of quality control these days
