Default which cold air intake works best??????

hi i am looking to throw a cold air intake on my 2004 dodge ram 5.7L hemi sport and was curious as too which one is the best? I have done some research and narrowed it down to the BFI (which sadly doesn't have much info on the innovations website) or the Vararam (which i dont know how good would be in the winter time with snow and possibly getting the snow clogged in the tubes)
soooo if anyone could help me out here with some info.. or even some other brands i haven't discovered please help! thank you!

the best one is the cheapest you can find ! you can make your own with less than half of what are you are going to pay for the name brand one. is up to you. pay 250.00 - 350.00 or make one for lets say 100.00 ? good luck !!!

I had a K&N 57 series on my 03 and paid $380 for it, made one for my 08 for about $60 and im actually more happy with the one I made. The K&N kept making the truck throw codes, my homemade cai has been golden, plus I saved alot of money, which the wife was happy about

either make you own out of pvc pipe or buy one off of ebay. they all do the same thing its just how much you are willing to pay for it.

get some 3 inch pvc, 2 45 degree elbows, and a filter and you should be set. Some of you guys that have made your own should post up pics to give him an idea
