Ive had an on going issue with my 2005 Dodge Ram with the 4.7. At first it would do it maybe one a month anf dlowly got worse when you hit the key it would only click at the starter, and then the next time you kit the key it would start. Now it only clicks at the starter and wont start. Ive replaced the starter, battery, ignition switch and cleaned all the grounds im at a loss of were to go next and i really hate to take it into the dealer i was hoping someone may have delt with a similar situation Thanks

 

I would check to see if the starter/starter solenoid is getting at least 12 volts when you turn the key over?
