Yea but the fit and finish will suffer, i couldnt walk by my truck and not be disappointed if I did that

my local place has like 400 colors, and they claim they can match your paint. They even had a metallic black, the only reason I used super gloss black was that our brilliant black tends to look purple in direct sunlight and this one shines so much that you cant tell a difference

yea but if you have a chrome bumper, theres alot into matching the paint and it holding (especially being in the line of rocks/bugs)...if you could get an ST bumper that would be the way to go definitely

 

What's an ST bumper? Is that what comes on the sport version

 

no you want the one that comes on a sport bumper or a laramie bumper but an ST bumper is the standard, black steel bumper that you see on work trucks

You could post an ad on your local craigslist to trade your chrome bumpers for someones ST model steel bumpers...someone might take you up (yours are nicer and worth more)

 

matt, i was talking about plasti dipping...

st is the basic black bumpers that are for paint. i have a trade for those but he wants a 06 chrome grill too and i dont have that...
