OBDII to USB? I assume you mean with logging or diagnostic software you want to connect the laptop to the OBDII and do some reading? Check Ebay.

Check out the Innovate OT1 or OT2

So I can tune (programmer) my hemi with my phone....and Micro USB to OBDII.
