Default For those of you who do your own work on the truck

Got my newest toy in a few weeks ago, so thought that I would post up and take some new pictures of it.

Got myself a new Macsimizer toolbox from Mac Tools. Just thought that those of you who do your own tech work or are technicians might appreciate it.
Those of you who do work in shops or do your own work, what kind of toolbox do you have?
Also, those purple lines that are appearing on the toolbox really aren't there, my phone is adding those lines to some of my more recent photos for some reason.

Very nice, Had a nice Snap-On myself. Haven't seen it in 2yrs though. Since I've been in the Air Force it's been stored away in my parents shop. I miss being able to do anything I want in my own garage. Renting sucks!

Looks good. Mine's a kinda flimsy Craftsman. Looking at a pretty nice Stanley at Sam's.

I picked up a Torin about six or seven years ago. Not top of the line, but not a bad box. Pretty smooth ball bearing drawers. It's usually around $500 for the bottom and $300 for the top box, but I hit Northern Tool at a store grand opening sale and got them both for like $500...

and that's just a photo off the Northern Tool site, that dude ain't me. LOL...

Nice boxes guys. Im like MikeHTally, Ive got a big but cheap Craftsman (2 of them actually). My wife wanted to buy me this nice diamond plated box at Lowes back when we had income tax refunds but I wouldnt let her. It was hard to justify needing such a pretty new box although those do look nice what you guys have. ::thumbs up::

I was never a big Mac guy...ha big mac, but it may have been our tool rep that I didn't like.

I was always about the Snap-On and Matco tools. I've since filled in the voids with craftman and husky.

The Torin aint' exactly built like a Mac or Snap On, but it was the best I could find for the money I was willing to spend. Not a bad box...

Depending upon how you look at it, the sad thing is I'm hoping to have it filled up by next year. My next addition will probably be a top box or my distributor has a triple bank top and bottom with full side lockers that I would love to eventually step up to.
And I've looked at Snap-on and some Matco and I love the Mac box. It is built very sturdy and is rather heavily built.
