I am trying to figure out what the height of a 2wd with the 6 inch rough country lift installed?

I asked pyro before somewhere and he told me, but I could never find it again.


I would greatly appreciate your help/measurements.

umm 45in even at back and 44.5in front....but I dont know what stock is?

 

just looked it up and 4x4s were sitting at around 38-39 back and 37-38 front but I have no idea what 2wds are sitting....that is ground to fender though

I have 35s with a 3in body lift and 2.5in level, so say i have about 7.5 over stock (add some for level, take some away from tires) would put me at 37.5 rear and 37 front

obviously thats not accurate, so I would like to see what the real measurement is

 

I am sitting at 43 front 44 rear. SO that means that I have sagged an inch in the front. I used to be 43 and 43 then I added 1 inch body lift.

So now I am 43 44. 1 inch isn't enough to buy new coils for. Maybe if I end up sagging another inch i will do it 125 bucks for them.

 

If you care to go through my threads Im sure I posted somewhere what my height was when I had a 6". Lots of threads though.....LOL

 

Yeah I am good lol. I already search every one of my post and every one of pyro's from his lift on.

 

I'm down a little under 3/4" in the front myself. I had to actually LOWER the front key bolts about a half inch to make my truck level after installing the Rancho suspension lift. I guess the weight plus added weight of winch/grill guard/etc. over time has sagged my torsion bars a little. Will have to adjust the keys a bit.

Got nothing high enough to lift the front wheels off the ground here in Fl., will have to wait till I take the truck to Ga. for deer season. We got a lift in the barn. I might even get a little creative and raise the front an inch and a half or so and add 1" blocks in the back. Another inch can't hurt and an inch and a half on the CV angle shouldn't be an issue, especially since I've cranked them 1/2" lower than stock as stated.

The crankin' is free, 1" blocks are dirt cheap. The only cost will be an alignment...
