Default Electric Rear Slider

I bought one about 2 years ago. Still holding up fine with no issues.
Here is what you have to do...

Remove the back seat. (the hardest part of the whole job.)


Remove the OEM window and cleanup the glue as much as you can.


Put down the glue primer and lay down a bead of caulk and fit the new window in.



Finished with window install.Reinstall the seat. 24 hour cure time.


While that is drying, you can mount the motor behind the back seat, against the wall and connect your push pull cable.


Last, Route the wires along the drivers side to the emergency brake. Route the power and ground through the bulkhead to the battery. Tie it all up nice and pretty and mount the switch. Done

Do you have to run it directly to the battery or can you run it off an accessory so it's only on with the key?

You can run it any way you want. I prefer to wire it hot so I don't need the key to open or close it.
