^^^ Wtf?!? Thats sad and funny at the same time, Mine is an o6 I guess the pvc will crack eventually with mine, I've also heard of the pillar handles, cracking as well,I use them but not heavily.

 

hhhmmmmmm....my dealer knows me by name, i wonder if i can get it done with my 95.....it had no cracks when i bought it at 187K....it has 204K, and a good 5in.x5in section broke near the windshield, and i have 3-4 good size cracks that are at least 8in. long.

I meant that the 2nd gens and 02-05 3rd gens will eventually crack. The dash in your 06 is made out of abs. Nothing on your truck is going to just crack.

 

I contacted the dealer yesterday and right now we are in waiting on parts to come in mode.

Once the job is complete I will scan the paperwork and post it for all to see.

Dodge should replace all these cracked dashes.....it is BS a truck of 6 years old looks like S#*^ because of a bad dash.

No maybe it will do the same thing again in another 5 or six years...who knows...but for now the problem is being fixed.

My truck is out of warrranty by the way...this is not a warranty repair...it has 120000 miles on it.

 

so what exactly did you do cause i have a 2003 with 125k and my dash has a crack from one side to the other !!!

 

send me the copy of the invoice when you get it im going to have mine replaced as well !!

 

I doubt they will fix the dash of a 16 year old 200k+ mile truck
