So how do I get them? What year did they become standard?

Standard in 04+. Buy them online on ebay, CL, here and other DR sites that have classifieds. Place an ad in the WTB sections and be on the lookout for guys parting their trucks out due to totaling them out and such. Junk yards also might can help

 

I did fail to mention that the backrest does not have option to install headrest. So I guess I'll need that too.
