According to fuelly, I'm averaging 15 mpg. The mileage, gallons, and relative info is always entered into fuelly before I pull away from the pump at every fill up.
This is on a 2002 Ram 1500 QC, with 4.7 liter, 5 speed auto and 3:55 gears.

Don't waste as much fuel

But yeah in the city stop and go like 10 mpg lol

By most accounts, the fuel economy is about identical in those years, with the Hemi even tending to be a bit better after MDS debuted in '06...

What is a "fuelly"? I hate to ask but I've never seen that word.

Anyway, got the 5.7, and I'm getting around 12 around town. I don't have any long trips or extensive highway driving to compare.

iphone or android app.

2008 4x4 QC w/3:92 gears
5.7L Hemi getting 12/13mpg city 15/16 highway. I'm Superchips tuned w/mds disabled.
My window sticker says 13city/17highway so it's right on.

with mds enabled I could get 18mpg but it was downshifting/up****ing constantly. Not good for the trans at all IMO.
