so ya i have a 08 with 20'' chrome hub caps haha i want to get them powder coated but u cant powder coat plastic? how do u take the hubs caps off? what do they look like underneath?

 

There are a few guys who have literally cut, chiseled and pried them off. But if it were me, I would media/sand blast them and paint.

 

Like I said in your PM, you can list them on craigslist and if you dont get a set of the aluminum ones cheap (I got them for $200) then just say you want to trade+money

Paint is just not going to hold up on wheels over awhile. A good paint job on good metal might hold up for awhile, but with the stuff that wheels go through I dont think they will handle it, especially if you are up north with the acid/salts
