I'm new to the halo headlights, i want to upgrade to these. where's a good place to buy from? rather order over the phone. are their any that are plug and play?
Ebay is the best bet probably. All are pretty much PnP. You put the bulbs in them like any other headlight and wire all the blacks to the ground and all the reds to a 12v source like a switch or parking lights.
