Default Need some help preparing truck for winter

Hey just prepping my truck for the winter, but ive got two problems with my daytona in the winter

1st: the rims i have right now 315/70r/24, i need smaller tires or winter tires for the snow in BC, i was thinking all terrains? any ideas or recommendations (don't have the stock wheels)

2nd: the headlights on my truck are really dim to the point where i have to concentrate extra hard to see anything at night time, any idea what i should do? bulbs, hids, etc..

thanks a lot guys

smaller rims that are less pretty are usually a good idea with the salt and snow and sand they might add to the roads. Better tires are always a plus

As for the HIDs, look here

why is the stock so dim? I have plenty of light. Sounds like you have a relay or bulb problem. As for tires, I would check out federals they are the cheapest I've seen

I didn't do undercoating by myself, this is pretty dirty job . Go to garage and ask them about it. Here, in Ontario, prices vary from 70 to 100 CAD for undercoating of the truck.
