What up guys can anybody get a hold of moe's performance. I ordered some parts on the 21st of nov. I've tryed to contact by phone, email and no response. What the crap! does anybody know whats going on is he behind what.

 

I know he ran into some problems a few months ago, but he supposedly hired some extra help and even posted that he was caught up with orders and should NOT have a problem getting back to people in a timely fashion in the 4th Gen section not long ago.

I know a few people who gave him the benefit of a doubt after the last time, but if he starts this not getting back to people and not getting orders out sh*t again, he's probably gonna hurt his business irreparably...

 

Only thing I ever ordered form them (My superchips 3865) arrived in about a week. Granted this was about a year ago.



Hopefully you get somewhere.......i'm kinda in the same boat with some ammo I ordered....but I could see where they would be behind after having a huge sale

 

Earlier this year I ordered a programmer from Moe's and they SCREWED me and never sent the cables with the order as I had paid for. They would never return calls, or emails. They got the money and ran.

Be WARNED!!!!

 

Well i know for a fact that this will be the last time i order anything from them.
But the funny thing is that right after i posted this thread i got a response. He said that the order got shipped,so let me wait a week and see. but thanks a lot for the info guys it is greatly appreciated.

 

I ordered a 4.56 gear package 11/24. After 7 days of no replies I started trying to contact them via phone, contact link on the website, and email given on the recorded message. I never got a response till I used the email given. Once I used that email Bob replied very quickly and every time. The order was drop shipped from Detroit and still arrived at my door in less than 2 weeks.

good. Hes got a potential to have a GREAT business if he could just get his crap together. You can have the best prices and info in the world but if you cant get the stuff out the door...

 

Hey Matt do you know anybody that can help me with leaf springs. I got the 2' drop shackels from moes took everything apart and deleted o/l leafspring but cant put the tit on the bottom of the pack in its hole. i have a thread posted but no luck.

 

As much as I would like to bash the guy a few months back (waited and waited and waited for a part for damn near a month with no responces or replies or calls or anything), but anything from the last few weeks I really cant. From what I have read on numerous posts, his wife just had a stroke a couple weeks ago so he has a good reason for not being up to speed or behind a little.
