are the ultra brite sylvana hid lights worth the money

 

The Ultra Sylvania's are not HID's. They are halogen bulbs.
They produce a whiter light that "appears" brighter. The Ultras actually have a bluish tint to them and the Silverstars are whiter. You can buy them on ebay cheap. HERE

Actual HID's have no filamant inside them and will be 2x as bright as any holegne you buy. They are however illegal for use with halogen housings even though most guys do it anyways. They tend to blind oncomin traffic as the glare is much increased due to the design of the housing.

 

so HIDs will hook up to my fog lights and just get the Sylvania's for my holegen head lights to hook up without any trouble. Did not know to much about the hoegen HID diffrence thanks
