and are you talking about CHROME or plastic chrome? big difference in prep. If it is real chrome, you will have a fairly hard time making it stick. If you sand down too deep it will be almost impossible to paint, you just need to rough it up to look like brushed aluminum and then start

Looks awesome! I have the 2009/2010 Factory 20's I've been thinking about painting. How much prep work was involved. Also what kind of paint did you use?
My truck is pretty close to murdered out. Tinted Headlights, 2.5% Windows + 35% Windshield. Etc. See pic in sig below!
