Weed, post up that $270/free shipping set of Doestch spindles. Thats your best bet Ethan. I would go that route if I could do it over again. All in all, its not that far off spacers and really beats the spacer in every category.
Bluram is right on with his info. Only thing is I cant see 2" being only 1/4" short of level. My 2.5" level wasn't even level (and its a 3" spacer). But other than alignment, labor is the only other cost and we cannot tell you an exact price on that. You can do both, or pay someone to do it.
Before I got involved in these forums, I paid a guy to put on a 3" lift on this truck. It didnt sit any higher IMO, but he talked it up and made me think it was. It was $600, and my butt is still hurting from it. When I tore it down to put the 3" spacer in, I found a rubber ring 1/4" taller than the stock isolator (which he didnt reinstall) and a pair of ford explorer shocks that cost $18 each at Oriellys. That didnt include alignment either.
