Should be 6x9. Easy enough to pop the panel and look. Beware of the vendors who claim to "know". Crutchfield, for one.

They are I believe a 6x9 but if you are looking at replacing them throw a 6.5" speaker in. It will generate a better sound than a 6x9 speaker.

agreed 6.5" is more clear and more treble friendly but a 6x9 generates better low end

I just got my new to me 2007 2500 6.7, and the front speakers were buzzing bad, so I put in a pair of panasonic four way 6X9's and they kick ***. The only mod I had to do was make a spacer out of 1/2" plywood. Door panel is a real tight fit, but beat hammering the hell out of the door to make them fit. I have had these speakers around for a few years in a box in the garage, so this was a great time to use them.

I have the Kicker/Mopar 6x9's in my front doors. They are a direct bolt-in that plug into the factory harness and sound great. www.moparsupercenter.com 77KICK06 is the part#
