Default Locker ?

Do any of you guys have a Detroit Locker in your rear axle ? I don't have a limited slip so I can hardly start out quick to get in traffic on wet roads without spinning the back right wheel. I usually put it in 4x4 just till I take off, then back to 2wheel drive. If I would buy a Detroit Locker, are there aftermarket axleshafts available for the 9.25" rear? Are the factory axleshafts strong enough?(I hope to one day run 37" tires) I used to have a Jeep wrangler, so I'm used to having to upgrade the drivetrain.

I have ran the detroit in other trucks and it is a well built locker. Auburn also makes a good carrier. Your stock shaft should be fine, If you are worried about the shaft i would be more worried about your axles.

Yeah, I mean aftermarket axleshafts, not driveshafts.
