Default Need Some New Mods...Help Me decide!

Okay well I am getting $1k from orientation at my new job this week, and figure I can finally put some money into the truck. I am torn between a few different mods, all of which Ive been wanting to do for awhile and none of which I need. Just one of these. If I have money left over I will just put it aside and do something else later.

Do I get a 3in spindle lift? I will have to get new blocks for the back as well. Ive got 6ish of lift now and dont really want to do another 6in (new tires)

Do I get 4.56 gears for my rear end? I wont get a locker as I dont race OR off road. These would help my MPGs drastically (I have 3.92 but a 4.7 and 35 M/Ts)

Do I get a new hood? I love the Ram Air style, and would get the one pictured below.

Last but not least, do I get flares? If so, pocket or smooth? Pics below.

The gears will def help you out w/ the performance of the truck which is always a positive. However for the price of them wouldn't you be able to do the hood & the flares. That would be my vote if it were my $$ and truck. Pocket style for sure. One small detail though...def paint the "bolts" in the flares black. Pic'ed above they appear to be silver. Good luck though Matt! I wish I had an extra thou comin my way!

Im obviously in the looks department, as you can see I have a 4.7 2wd lifted. lol.

I really want gears, but then again I just dont know if I could justify the cost vs gas savings/fun. I want the lift, but my gf is literally 4ft11 and I hate steps (and dont have an extra 1k JUST for power ones)

keep em coming. I love the flares also, our trucks look goofy with nothing there IMO

ive always loved those, but at 350 for front and 500 for back thats 850 and 500ish to paint (I couldnt manage painting those) so I would be way over budget

I am planning on making a faux prerunner truck once out of NP school in 3 years
