Just the one on the website: (314) 293-2700
He did join here when a guy waited a crazy long time for an order and posted the following about his shipping problems and how he fixed them.

But I'm afraid it didn't stay fixed for long. Because he appears to be in the same boat again.
I really hope he straightens his sh*t out, Moe's used to be a fantastic place to deal with...

yea hopefully it will be. I was thinking of ordering gears from them if I can find a shop (that isnt ridiculously expensive) because his prices are so good. But a $50 savings isnt worth not knowing when you could get it and the possible wait.
Like Hammer said, he was one of the more frequently recommended vendors before the issues started. I wonder if thats his job or he does it on the side?

It all boils down to communication or rather a lack of it. Problems happen, back-orders happen, stuff lost in shipping happens. Most people would have no problem IF they could get a response to a phone call or an email. The issue he's having is when people aren't seeing their order for over a month, their credit card has been charged and they can't get ahold of anyone at the company.
The lack of just sending an email when there is a delay is killing this guy's reputation, and it's sad, because I've seen Bob bend over backwards to make things right with customers...
