I've posted before there's 2 things to look out for with the airbagit spindles:
1--they're raw, so they should be painted, or powercoated.
2--they don't have the hole drilled on the drivers side for the ABS sensor.

Now after knowing this I wish I would've painted them, preferably powdercoated, but here in Arizona it won't be as bad as being back east. And I wish I would've pre-drilled the hole.
So I've been looking through endless threads regarding the spindles and lifting the 06-08 2wd RAMs, and this is the very first time I've heard about having to drill into the spindles. Can you elaborate on this? I'm going to be performing the install myself, and I don't want to run into anything unexpected, like having to drill a hole into a brand new product. Are these things not tested before release or something? If it says it fits the 08 2wd, then it should just fit. Modding domestic trucks seems way more complicated and time consuming than I've ever dealt with before.

I'd like to aim for the weekend of April 1st.

**edit**
I really like your truck BTW. It's the exact height I am eventually aiming for. Tall, but looks really good with the stock 20" wheels. It isn't 4x4, so going any higher than that seems like a complete waste of money and time to me.

What will that bring your total front and rear lift to? I may be lazy and stop at the 3" spindles on the front. Don't really want to start messing with new shocks, etc.

You can run the lift spindles and the coil over blocks at the same time without problem? I thought about going that way but didnt know if it would mess anything up or not.

yea you can run the spindles and spindles and lift spacers as a combo. the CST 7in kit is actually a 4in spindle and 3in coil lift. Me and bluram have contacted these companies and are trying to get this fitment issue fixed

I hope to order them this month sometime if I can. I hope that they are really making a redesign on the spindle so that it is a direct fit for the 06+ trucks and that they aren't just bs'ing us.
