I've had my truck for over 2 years and since it rolled of the lot, I have been useing my key to unlock the doors. Its an 03 SLT sbrc 4x4. It has power windows and locks. Is there a possibility my truck has keyless entry and the key fobs were lost by the previous owner(s)? Is there a way to check if it has keyless entry? I don't have the build sheet for my truck. Will an ebay key fob work if it does have keyless entry

 

Very possible. Someone will come along needing the last eight of your VIN. With that, a build sheet can be retrieved. An eBay fob will work, but since you have NO fobs, you'll likely need a dealer trip.

 

my 03 slt quad cab with power windows came with the fob so, yours probably did and you just didnt get them

 

If your passenger side door has no keyhole, then your truck is set up for keyless entry.

 

But again, getting a build sheet on your truck is the best and most informative thing you can do........so do it.
