Default some info on headers?

I got a 06 ram sport. CAI and TBS with catback magna flow exhaust. Thinking about headers next. Been looking through the forums and pacesetter is the winner so far. Any ideas or advice?

That's what most of us run. Good bang for the buck.

Oh, and take the TBS out and use it as a paper weight. You're losing performance with it.

Pacesetters are a good header. I previously had gibsons on mine sold those to a friend of mine and bought a set of Pacsetters from Summit. After you install them and burn the non heat paint off I would remove them and repaint them with high temp paint

Why not just get the armorcoat ceramic coated ones?

because everyone who has run a dyno before and after a TBS has found that it cost them 5-8 HP and nobody has posted any MPG gains with one.

When we pressed Air Raid for answers a year or so ago, the engineer gave a whole song and dance about even though it didn't increase performance nor increase fuel economy it was better for your truck, but he couldn't tell us why or how it was better. He really struck out.

The letter is reprinted in a post from then, if you care to search...
