Default Limited slip install?

Gonna blow some of my tax refund on an Auburn LS for my truck. After another snowy winter I can't stand my open diff. any more! Good thing it's a 4x4 so I get by OK.

My local shop will do the install. Should I get the install kit for around $100? Looks like it includes bearings, seal, bolts, shims ect. I assume the answer is YES but I thought I would ask anyway. Thanks.

I don't know, man. Try backing a loaded trailer up a wet, grassy hill. A peg-leg doesn't stand a chance. My OEM LSD wiggles a bit and backs 'er right up.
