Should I buy new tires before selling truck?

Personally I prefer worn tires cause I can put what I want on there that much sooner, but I will argue about it in negotiations. I would leave them as is and as said before, mark the price up $500 or so to drop during negotiations.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I have one followup question.

I didn't rotate the tires properly (still the original tires) and there is noticeable uneven wear. They are still safe to use though. Would you guys still recommend not buying new tires before selling my truck or would this be a big factor?

No, don't replace your tires if they're safe to drive on. If you want to, mark up the price $500 or so then you have wiggle room if the buyer brings up the poor quality of the tires.
